The location of the hotel at the Art of Animation resort is ideal, with its proximity to the upcoming Disney Skyliner station. This makes it convenient to travel around the resort and explore other nearby areas like Pop Century. the hotel is situated next to a beautiful lake, providing a serene and picturesque environment.
The customer service at the hotel has been severely lacking. Multiple guests have complained about long wait times during check, in and check, out, damp carpets in the rooms, and a lack of blankets.

The suite we stayed in was spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed having two bathrooms, and it was a great convenience. the resort had lots of amenities which kept us entertained throughout our stay. We enjoyed the swimming pools and also the nearby attraction which was easily accessible from the resort.
The check-in process was terribly slow, and the wait time was excessive. the lobby area was crowded and chaotic.

The hotel's attention to detail is superb, especially in the Cars themed area. The rooms are incredibly cute and well-appointed, perfect for families. With two queen beds in the Little Mermaid section, we had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable, especially with the bed down. The bathroom was spacious and the huge stand-up shower was a luxurious touch. Another highlight was the cafeteria, Landscape of Flavors, where we enjoyed several delicious meals. The value for money was excellent, with the kid's meals being a great deal including a drink and two sides.
All was fantastic, no complaints at all.

The family suite was ideal for our business trip, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The two bathrooms were a real bonus, and the kitchenette made it easy to prepare quick meals. The location was also very convenient for us, being close to public transportation and key attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds.
The prices at the on-site restaurant were a bit steep, and the food was mediocre at best. , some of the furnishings and decor in the rooms could use updating.
